1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Novelleo (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the website novaeon.com (the “Site”), including any purchases, pre-orders, or digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not access the Site or purchase any Novelleo artifacts.
Novelleo is a futuristic design atelier bridging sculptural objects, limited capsules, and sustainable innovation. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Purchases & Pre-orders
All products displayed on the Site — from Resonance Lamps to Capsule Slings — are subject to availability. Novelleo reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Pre-orders are binding and represent an agreement to purchase a future artifact; estimated shipping dates are estimates only. We will notify you of any material delays.
Prices are displayed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed.
- Limited Drops: Many Novelleo collections are limited edition. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Digital Receipts: After successful checkout, you will receive an email confirmation — please retain it for warranty or support.
3. Account & Membership
You may browse without an account, but to complete a purchase or join the Novelleo orbit membership, you must register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Membership benefits (early access, exclusive atelier events) are non-transferable and may be modified with reasonable notice.
4. Shipping & Futurist Delivery
We ship worldwide via carbon-conscious carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Novelleo is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier strikes.
For pre-orders, we will ship once the item is crafted. You may update your shipping address within 14 days of order confirmation.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Novelleo artifact. Most unworn, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Final sale items (marked “Archive Drop” or “Sample Sale”) cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange requests depend on stock availability. Please note that due to the exclusive nature of limited drops, replacements may not be possible — in such cases a full refund will be provided.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, including all content, branding (“Novelleo”, logotypes, product silhouettes), graphics, images, text, and code, is the exclusive property of Novelleo or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and design laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
Limited personal use is allowed (e.g., sharing product images with friends) but any commercial exploitation is prohibited.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
Novelleo provides the Site and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Novelleo, its directors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.
8. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is essential. Our Privacy Policy (available separately) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described therein. We employ encryption and secure payment gateways, but no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted with an updated “effective date”. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes. For material modifications, we will provide prominent notice via email or site banner.
